The Friends of Killhope is a registered charity whose members share an interest in Killhope and the lead mining industry. Members have free entry to Killhope (excluding Park Level Mine), and can help with work on the site. Friends of Killhope also receive three newsletters a year with articles about Killhope, leadmining and the North Pennines.
