The Visitor Centre and a large part of the site are suitable for wheelchairs and there is a Shopmobility scooter available to use, however rough ground in some places can still make access difficult.
The Mine tour and woodland walks are not suitable for wheelchair users and less mobile visitors.
Under 4's are free to come on site, but are not allowed underground.
