Volunteering
Museums Live! is the cultural volunteering project for West Durham. Lead by Killhope and a partnership of arts and community organisations, it offers volunteering and training oppotunities to unemployed young people as a route into work or further education.
The Friends of Killhope is a registered charity whose members share an interest in Killhope and the lead mining industry.
Members have free entry to Killhope (excluding Park Level Mine), and can help with work on the site.
